ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction upon the 1st respondent to take action on his representations, wherein he has made certain allegations against the 4th respondent. Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, after hearing the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and without notice to the 4th respondent, the allegations made by the petitioner as against the 4th respondent are not gone into and it is left to be considered by the 1st respondent, the competent authority. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after putting on notice the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit a report to the 1st respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
