This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4406 of 2024, dated 13.03.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed in PRC.No.8 of 2024. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4406 of 2024, dated 13.03.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
