Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of writ of mandamus calling for the records connected with the proceedings issued in ref.A3.5363/2015 dated 13.05.2015 passed by the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Though the petitioner has challenged the order of suspension dated 13.05.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider his representation dated 13.10.2015.
3. Heard Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
