ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 11.09.2012 passed in WP.No.14496 of 2009.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order in G.O.(2D) No.570 Revenue (service 6(1) Department, dated 10.07.2014 and submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.09.2012 has been complied with. Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the same.

3. Recording the above submissions, the contempt petition is closed.
