Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to register F.I.R., against one Karunakaran on the basis of the complaint dated 05.01.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
