ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Family Court, Tiruppur to expedite the trial as early as possible in H.M.O.P.No.663 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition for divorce under Section 13(1) (1-b) of Hindu Marriage Act was filed in the year 2019. The respondent filed counter and the matter was referred to 1/3

mediation. However, it was unsuccessful before the mediation. Therefore, he prays for fixing a time line for the early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.663 of 2020.

3. Admittedly, the H.M.O.P.No.663 of 2020 was filed in the year 2019. It is not known as to the pendency status of cases and from which year the cases are pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur. In the said circumstances, this court is not inclined to fix any time line. However, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Family Court, Tiruppur, is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.663 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
