In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and considering the fact that the appellant is an aged person and wants to pursue the appeal suit with the assistance of the power of attorney, this Court is inclined to consider the miscellaneous petitions and accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petitions stand allowed.
