O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1534 of 2016 dated 09.06.2016 with regard to the condition report before the Principal Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner was arrested by the Respondent Police in Crime No.145 of 2015 for offence under Section 307 IPC and has been granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram in Crl. M.P.No.1534 of 2016 on 09.06.2016, on condition that he should execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and that one of the sureties should be a government surety or blood relative of the accused.

4. The petitioner has now approached this Court for modification of the aforesaid condition on the ground that he is not able to secure a Government security or blood relative. It is seen that this petitioner had given false address to the respondent police, which has been recorded in the order dated 09.06.2016 passed by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.1534 of 2016. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case, in which the conditions, relating to, surety imposed by the Trial Court needs to be modified.
