This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 205 days in filing the Writ Appeal SR.No.138883 of 2023 against the order dated 09.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.13232 of 2015.

2. Mr.B.Sivaraman, learned counsel takes notice for R1. Mr.R.Bharanidharan, learned counsel takes notice for R2. Both counsel stated that the respondents have no objection in the delay being condoned.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 205 days in preferring the Writ Appeal is condoned.
