O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondent to conduct enquiry and to file the final report and charge sheet in Crime No.191 of 2010 before the concerned magistrate.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation has been completed and final report is ready and the same was not filed before the concerned Court because the accused seems to have filed Crl.O.P.No.20169 of 2013 before this Court.

4. It is seen that the case is of the year 2010 and in Crl.O.P.No.20169 of 2013, this Court has not granted any stay of investigation in Crime No.191 of 2010. Under such circumstances, the respondent police shall conclude the investigation and file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
