This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an F.I.R., on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.01.2016 submitted to the first respondent and in turn forwarded to the second respondent for action on the same.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner had given a complaint on 04.01.2016 and the same was enquired by the respondent Police and closed on 24.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
