ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition for the alleged disobedience of the interim order dated 05.05.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 11950 of 2022.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that before communicating the order of this court dated 05.05.2022, by the proceedings of the Superintending Engineer, WRO, Upper Pennaiyaru Basin Sub Division, Harur, bearing No.761/Aatchi-2/ Ko12/2022 dated 06.05.2022, one Saravanan was transferred to the place of the petitioner and he also took charge of the same. Therefore, the learned counsel submitted that the order of this court is not feasible for compliance. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also fairly conceded the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his right, if any, in the main writ petition. 05.08.2022 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No r n s 3/4
