ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 05.02.2015 and to investigate the same and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has made a complaint against the police officials to the Hon'ble Chief Minister Special Cell and the copies have been marked to the learned District Judge, Salem and other higher authorities. Normally, a complaint should be made to the Station House Officer. But the complaint is against some police officials. Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to submit a copy of the complaint in person to the Commissioner of Police, Salem City, Salem, the 1st respondent herein and on such complaint being given, the 1st respondent police is directed to assign the petition to an Officer to conduct enquiry and take suitable action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
