O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct a survey and mark the boundaries and issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner after excluding the name of the third respondent in the revenue records.

2. Mr.M.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the second respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 11.11.2020 at 11.00 AM. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the petitioner and other interested parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent and pass orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
