On 25.09.2015, the petitioners made a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 stating that there is no sufficient pathway to reach their land. As the said representation was not disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

Considering the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the same, the 1st respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 25.09.2015 made by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the third parties, if any.
