Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in R.No.48871/MP3/S1/2014 dated 11.11.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to include the petitioners names in the present panel above to 3rd to 12th respondents name and to promote the petitioners for the post of State/Joint State Maternal and Child Health Officer. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. The learned counsel further submitted that liberty may be granted to the first petitioner herein to file a fresh writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, insofar as the first petitioner is concerned, liberty is hereby granted to her to file a writ petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
