O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to include some of the accused in the first information report.

2. According to the petitioner, originally a case was registered under Sections 341, 294(b) and 324 IPC and thereafter the same was altered under Section 302 IPC. The petitioner wants to include seven more persons in the first information report, who according to him are involved in the crime, but the respondent police has not included them in the first information report.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the materials available on record.

4. Now the respondent police have altered the first information report and the investigation is almost over, at this stage, this petition to include the other accused persons is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. However, since the first information report was registered on 21.02.2017, the respondent is directed to investigate the matter and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
