C.M.P.No.11668 of 2022 in S.A.No.586 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J.

This petition has been filed to stay the operation of the Judgment and Decree dated 31.03.2022 passed in A.S.No.11 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur as reversed the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.71 of 2008 dated 18.07.2011 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
