Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd and 4th Respondents herein to consider the representation dated 18.12.2013 and pass appropriate order there on merits and in accordance with law within a period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is for reconsideration of the upset price for the bar attached to the TASMAC Shop No.4097, by reducing the same. The license period for the bar attached to the TASMAC Shop was for the year 2013-2014. Apparently, the license period has now expired and as such, no effective order can be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
