ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus,directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2021 within the time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner made representation dated 28.06.2021 before the 2nd respondent alleging that in order to access his land and agriculturalists of the entire village, there is a common bullock cart passage passes through S.Nos.33/3B1, 33/3B2, 33/3B3, 33/3B4, 33/3B5, 33/3B6, 33/3B7 and 33/3B8 ad-measuring to an extent of 15 cents and the said bullock cart passage went into the land comprised in S.Nos.47/11, 47/33 and 47/34, the entire passage was classified as Gramma Natham and it runs into Nellore Revenue Village in S.Nos.278/2 and 279/1 runs upto 3 kilometers long and reaches Rock Mountain. While being so, one Jayammal and 9 others have mutated the revenue records and registered a Settlement Deed dated 06.11.2014 vide Document No.2182/2014 in favour of their family members. The said representation dated 28.06.2021 is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, without conducting any enquiry.

Considering the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, 4th respondent and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
