This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 08.08.2016 in No.299/2016 and initiate legal action acting in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.08.2016, petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent in C.S.R.No.299/2016 and the same was closed on 12.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. 4.It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the opposite party had forged the sale agreement dated 13.11.2013 and filed a suit in O.S.No.266/2016.

On a reading of the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 08.08.2016, the petitioner has merely stated that he has been threatened by the opposite party and has not given any allegations with regard to the alleged forged sale agreement. Hence, the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.08.2016 does not inspire the confidence of this Court to issue a direction to the respondent police to register the said complaint.
