This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.

2.When the matter came for hearing on 05.01.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the respondent.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, they could not contact their client to get instructions and therefore, there was a delay in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.

5. Though the respondent filed a counter affidavit, he denied the reasons stated in the affidavit.
