Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 10.03.2015 lodged by the petitioner investigate and take action in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
