The petitioner seeks a direction to direct the respondents to investigate and register the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.12.2014 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one S.Selvi, a petition enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is directed to register a case and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
