O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4563 of 2025, dated 13.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the respondent, hence, he prayed to relax the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed for relaxing the condition stating that the appearance of the petitioner is required for the purpose of investigation.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 10(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4563 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025, as follows:- "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
