O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner on the strength of the complaint dated 11.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The respondent-Police filed a counter. The petitioner's son Kuzhandaivel is an habitual offender involved in nine cases. In the counter filed, the details of the cases also given. Since the respondent-Police is checking the whereabouts of the petitioner's son, they are forced to make enquiries with the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, a blanket order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the Police, when they make enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
