Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner had given a complaint on 28.07.2012 and the same was enquired by the respondent Police and closed as early as in the year 2012 itself. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
