This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the lower court in pursuance with order dated 04.05.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.10046 of 2023 in Crime No.39 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Time is extended till 30.06.2023 to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
