2. Despite opportunities granted to the respondents, no counter has been filed till date.

3. I have gone through the affidavits, filed in support of the applications and have satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the applications.

4. In the interest of justice, the applicants should be afforded an opportunity for an effective cross examination.

5. Therefore, both the applications are allowed.

6. Post the matter before the learned Additional Master-I on 22.07.2024.
