Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents from converting the scheme road in TS.No.16 Block No.3, Coimbatore Taluk, for any other purpose so as to prevent the petitioner from his right to use the road abutting his property to an extent of 109 sq.ft., on the eastern side.
