This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.5573 of in Crl.O.P.No.32421 of 2022, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 24.04.2023.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
