Crl.M.P.No.8116 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4854 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4854 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023.

2. The petitioners are husband and wife. They were granted anticipatory bail by this Court for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that the petitioners meticulously complied the condition imposed by this Court and the investigation is almost completed.

4. Taking note of the above fact, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
