This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.02.2016 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 13.02.2016, it is seen that the dispute is between the mother and her son and daughterin-law with regard to the property.
