Crl.M.P.No.8148 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6980 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6159 of in Crl.O.P.No.6980 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the bail condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
