ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 21.07.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for the mutation of the Revenue records by changing the patta number with respect to subject property.

2. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent will conduct an enquiry and pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.07.2020 and conduct an enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
