O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.03.2016 and to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.03.2016, petition enquiry was conducted by the Inspector of Police, CCB Team and it was closed on 24.05.2016. Not satisfied with that, a fresh enquiry was conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police and that was also been closed on 06.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
