This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay death cum retirement benefits on account of the death of father of the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the retiral benefits have already been settled to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
