Heard Mr.C.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass order on the petitioner representation dated 01.12.2014.
3.According to the petitioner, the President of Neivilakku village panchayat is attempting to convert the petitioner's patta land into a burial ground. Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against the 3rd respondent are not gone into and it is left open to the 2nd respondent to consider the same. 4.Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2014, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
