Crl.M.P.No.8131 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4404 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5324 of in Crl.O.P.No.4404 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that on completion of investigation the respondent police has filed final report before the I Additional NDPS Court, Chennai and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.231 of 2023.

3. In view of the above fact, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on every hearing.
