Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records culminating in the order passed in proceedings No.06/2001/E dated 29.10.2015, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to retain the petitioner in the M/s.Perambalur Sugar Mills Ltd as Centrifugal Mate in the available vacancy and pass such further order.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus challenging the order of the third respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2015.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into merits of this case, this writ petition is disposed of giving a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
