Defendants PRAYER: Plaint under Order IV, Rule 1 of O.S.Rules, Read with Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C. Read with Section 51 of the Copyright Act, 1957, praying for a Judgment and Decree against the defendants (a) For a declaration declaring that the Plaintiff is the owner of the following copy rights of the picture titled 'Sindhubaadh' starring Vijay Sethupathi, Anjali and Directed by S.U.Arunkumar. i. Worldwide Theatrical Rights (Including India) only ii. Telugu Language Remake and Dubbing Rights only iii. Kannada Remake and Dubbing Rights only iv. Malayalam Remake and Dubbing Rights only (b) For a permanent injunction restraining the Defendants 1 and 2 or their men or servants or anybody claiming through them or under them from interfering with the right of the Plaintiff to exhibit namely 'Sindhubaadh' starring Vijay Sethupathi, Anjali and Directed by S.U.Arunkumar through theatrical and digital to all providers through 4th defendant namely M/s.QUBE Digital Cinema; (c) to pay the cost of the suit; and (d) to grant such other relief or reliefs this Court may deem fit and proper.
