This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register a case for the various cognizable offences on the basis of the complaint dated 01.03.2015 against the persons named in the complaint.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.146 of 2015 for the offences under Section 75(i) (i) of the Tamil Nadu City Police Act r/w Sections 323 and 506(i) IPC.
