This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, R.8 Vadapalani Police Station, Chennai to register a case on the complaint sent by the petitioner herein on 03.09.2015 by RPAD.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.09.2015, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.09.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
