This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6[b] imposed by this Court upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24610 of 2023 vide order dated 28.11.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions.

3. Recording the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that, the first petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am., for a period of four months and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, as and when required for interrogation.
