O R D E R

Arunachalam-A1 and Anandan-A2 were convicted and sentenced by the Additional Assistant Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai in S.C.No.27 of 2007 on 29.07.2009 as follows:

Rank of the accused Provisions under which convicted Sentence Arunachalam / A1 Section 394 r/w 397 IPC Rigorous imprisonment for Seven years and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/-, in default, to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for one month

Rank of the accused Provisions under which convicted Sentence Anandan/ A2 Section 394 IPC Rigorous imprisonment for two years and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/-, in default, to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for one month 2.Challenging the conviction and sentence, Anandan-A2 filed Crl.A.No.6 of 2009 which has been dismissed by the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai on 06.03.2014. Challenging the conviction and sentence imposed by the two Courts below, Anandan has filed the present Criminal Revision Petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Arul, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Anandan has undergone the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Courts below and therefore nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Petition.

4.This Court perused the Trial Court order and the Appellate Court order and does not find any infirmity or perversity warranting interference.
