O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 07.08.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for fixing of the boundaries.

2. Mr.E.Bala Murugan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 09.11.2020 at 11.00 A.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the entire process strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
