Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus against the respondents directing them to consider his representation dated 10.07.2020 and deal with the same in accordance with law by taking appropriate and immediate action on the same.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 10.07.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for fixing the boundaries.

2.Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry on 03.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents and after scrutinizing the documents submitted by all the interested parties, the 4th respondent will take a decision with regard to the survey of the property and complete the process within the time fixed by this Court.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 4th respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to conduct the enquiry after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and also to one Kandasamy and Beeman and thereafter complete the entire exercise strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
