cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 14A, 14 (1A) of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

2.It is seen that when the matter was posted on 28.02.2014 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned to next week. Thereafter, for the past five years, the learned counsel has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioners have no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending for more than five years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of five years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions.

3.In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
