ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the FIR in Cr.No.360 of 2013 from the first respondent to the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the defacto complainant has not co-operated with the investigation.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the defacto complainant is directed to cooperate with the investigation and the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This should be monitored by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Salem.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
