) It is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner, while on bail, had involved himself in another criminal case.

As such, we are not inclined to consider the present prayer for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.A.No.769 of 2022 dated 21.12.2023.

2.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
